中原工学院与英国曼彻斯特城市大学合作举办视觉传达设计和环境设计专业高等教育本科项目。

曼彻斯特城市大学创建于十九世纪，分设七个学院，其中艺术和设计专业教学质量高，排名位居英国前列。

项目通过引进国外合作高校优质教育教学资源，强化师生国际交流，选拔优秀学生赴英国深造，提高了师资水平，为项目学生提供高质量、有特色的教育服务。

项目招生纳入国家普通高等教育招生计划，面向全国招生。项目学生可以在中原工学院修完全部学分，成绩合格、符合学位授予条件，颁发我校本科毕业证书和学士学位证书。具有较好经济条件、英语和专业成绩通过外方审核的优秀学生可以选择在我校学习二年或三年后赴国外合作高校完成后二年的学习，完成学业可授予外方学位。

A Brief Introduction to Cooperative Schoolrunning Project of Zhongyuan University of Technology

and Manchester Metropolitan University

Zhongyuan University of Technology (ZUT) cooperates with Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) in holding undergraduate education projects of Visual Communication Design and Environmental Design.

Founded in the 19th century, MMU has 7 colleges. The teaching quality of Art and Design is excellent, which ranks ahead in the UK.

The Project introduces superior education and teaching resources of the cooperative university, strengthens international exchange of teachers and students and chooses top students to go to the UK for further study. It enhances the teachers’ ability and provides students with highquality and characteristic education.

The enrollment of the project belongs to national common higher education enrollment plan. It recruits students from the whole nation. The students can complete all the credits in ZUT, and they will be awarded undergraduate graduation certificate and Bachelor’s Degree of ZUT if they get qualified academic records and meet the Degreeconferring conditions. The top students, whose English and speciality scores are approved by the cooperative university, can choose to study in ZUT for the first two or three years and go to the cooperative university to complete the rest two years’ study to get the Bachelor’s Degree of the cooperative university.
